Error

When starting Outlook, an error pops up about SBCMSYNC.dll not being a valid Office Add-in

Fix

  1. Start > Run >type regedit
  2. Navigate to the following registry key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\SBCM.ADDIN.1
  3. With the Sbcm.addin.1 key selected, press DELETE.
  4. Quit the Registry Editor.
